  • We want you to love your purchase! If you're dissatisfied with your clothing or mug, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
    - Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
    - Please include the original packaging and a copy of your receipt or packing slip.
    - Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item.


    - Mugs must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
    If the mug arrives damaged, please get in touch with our customer service team with photos of the damage within 5 days of delivery.
    - Refunded purchases will be credited back to the original payment method.

    How to Return:
    1. Fill out the return form included in your package.
    2. Pack your items securely in the original box.
    3. Ship your return to the address provided on the return form.

    Exchanges:
    Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

    Exceptions:
    - Personalized or custom items cannot be returned.
    - Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
